Abstract
Introduction :
Plummer-Vinson syndrome or Kelly-Paterson syndrome is a rare condition. The aim of this study was to describe the management of a case of Plummer-Vinson syndrome in a 60-year-old female patient and to review the literature.
Observation :
A 60-year-old woman was admitted for iron-deficiency anemia and dysphagia. The diagnosis of Plummer Vinson syndrome was made after upper gastrointestinal endoscopy revealed a regular stenosis with an impassable circular ring 10 cm from the dental arches. Endoscopic dilatation of the ring using a Savary Guillard candle was performed. The evolution was favorable after 03 years of endoscopic follow-up.

Plummer Vinson syndrome is diagnosed by upper GI endoscopy, and treated by
