Through a retrospective cross-sectional study with a descriptive aim concerning all women treated for female genital fistula at the Maradi Mother and Child Health Center from 2015 to 2018.Results: 76 cases of female genital fistulas were treated. The majority of these women come from unfavorable backgrounds with 90.79% illiterate, 96.05% are housewives, and 88.16 came from rural areas. The most affected age group is between 15-24 years old, i.e. 40.79% of cases. For obstetric fistulas, 42.65% are primiparous. For 65.79% of cases, the duration of the fistula is between 1 and 3 months, 89.48% are fistulas of obstetric origin, 92.11% are vesicovaginal type, 63.16% had no previous cure before their admission; The most observed mode of delivery of obstetric cases is the vaginal route with 61.77% of cases, the perinatal mortality is very high with 73.53% of deaths. The rate of closed fistulas represented 80.26% of women operated with stress incontinence in 10.52% of cases.
